JOWAI, April 13: The Hynñiewtrep National Youth Movement (HNYM), Khonshnong unit, on Thursday called on the JE of Shangpung Distribution Sub-Division D. Kyndiah with a demand to get a transformer, which is located on the roadside in Khonshnong village, fenced.
The HYNM delegation that raised the demand comprised its president Leoferdinand Suiam as well as the members.
It may be mentioned that the demand to fence the transformer was raised, keeping in mind the safety of the people who reside nearby.
The JE, meanwhile, has assured the delegation of HNYM leaders of taking the matter seriously and getting the transformer fenced within no time.
