Shillong girl dies by suicide in Bengaluru

SHILLONG, May 30: A Shillong girl studying in Bengaluru has died by suicide at a private lodge.
According to reports reaching here, the girl, identified as Devangana Dutta of Kench’s Trace (Hatath Colony), was found hanging from the ceiling fan after her room was broken open as there was no response from inside.
Police have taken her body for post-mortem.
She was the only daughter of a businessman in Police Bazar.
