Assam minister blames ‘miscreants’ for violence in Khanduli

Shillong, June 14: Assam Cabinet Minister Piyush Hazarika today blamed miscreants for the violence in Khanduli and Block 1 area along the Assam-Meghalaya boundary.

The statement came after the regional committee of West Jainta Hills met in Shillong today. The chairman of the committee Sniawbhalang Dhar said that the meeting was for introduction and they would soon visit different disputed areas on theinter-state boundary.
