JOWAI, July 4: Following complaints raised by the public against the staff of the Community Health Centre Namdong, West Jaintia Hills, alleging that they were negligent in performing their duties, the KSU Namdong Area Unit, on Tuesday, conducted an inspection at the CHC.
The locals also complained that most of the staff came late to the health centre and left by 2-3 pm.
After inspection, they found that around 11:30 am, no staff were present at the CHC.
The union leaders have urged the concerned department to look into the matter and take necessary measures.
