SHILLONG, July 20: A member of a pressure group was arrested from Laitkor on Thursday for his alleged involvement in the torching of vehicles inside Laitumkhrah police station on July 6.
He will be produced before the court on Friday.
The arrested person has been detained at Sadar police station.
Police had earlier arrested five persons in connection with the incident.
