SHILLONG, July 21: With questioned being raised as to why the Meghalayan Age Limited (MAL) is implementing the tourism projects in the state instead of the Tourism Department, Chief Minister, Conrad K. Sangma on Friday said this was one of the criteria laid down by the New Development Bank (NDB) which is funding these projects.
