Jowai, Sept 2: “Phases” a book authored by Rupda RY Lato released today by Superintendent Engineer (PHE) Rural Circle Shillong, Chibor Najiar accompanied by Panaliar Headman Riquona Laloo who is the father of the author in Panaliar Dorbar Shnong (Yungwalieh), Jowai.
Besides, Rupda a 22-year-old girl residing in Panaliar Jowai who will represent India in the reputable Miss Aura International Beauty Pageant in Antalya, Turkey (Asia) to be commenced from 17 September to October 1 this year.
