Shillong, September 10: Tamil Nadu’s Chief Minister, M.K. Stalin, underscored a crucial message on Sunday, emphasizing that the protection of the nation hinges upon the success of the opposition INDIA block in the forthcoming 2024 Lok Sabha elections.

As per IANS, speaking virtually at a family event for party member and Neyveli MLA Sabha Rajendran, Stalin stressed the necessity for the opposition coalition to secure all 39 seats in Tamil Nadu and an additional seat in Puducherry. He contended that this electoral outcome would position his party to play a pivotal role in the subsequent Union government post-Lok Sabha elections.

Stalin issued a fervent call to action for DMK cadres and leaders, urging them to tirelessly work toward securing victory in all 40 seats across Tamil Nadu and Puducherry.

As a prominent figure within the opposition INDIA block, Stalin is rapidly gaining prominence and is anticipated to play a pivotal role in the post-2024 Lok Sabha electoral landscape. Notably, his son, Udhayanidhi Stalin, currently serving as the Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs in Tamil Nadu, has been vocally critical of the BJP-led central government and Prime Minister Narendra Modi, making headlines with his outspoken comments. In particular, Udhayanidhi Stalin’s recent statement likening the eradication of Sanatan Dharma to combating diseases like mosquitoes, dengue, malaria, and corona has generated significant controversy and debate across the nation.
