The ‘U Kiang Nangbah Best Student Award 2023’ will be organised by Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP), at District Library Jowai, on September 13 at 11 am. Cabinet Minister Kyrmen Shylla will grace the event as chief guest.
