Cabinet Minister Alexander Laloo Hek and former police official Mariahom Kharkrang with others during the celebration of 59th Foundation Day of Vishva Hindu Parishad at Rajasthan Vishram Bhawan on Sunday. Art, Quiz, fancy dress and Matki phod competition were some of the highlights of the programme, which saw a participation of more than 350 students from different schools of Shillong.
