PM Modi to launch third Vande Bharat train in Rajasthan on September 24

Shillong, September 21: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to virtually inaugurate the third Vande Bharat train in Rajasthan on September 24.

As per IANS, this Vande Bharat train will operate on the Udaipur-Jaipur route. It is noteworthy that this marks the third Vande Bharat train to be introduced in Rajasthan, commencing regular service from September 25, with the exception of September 26.

The train’s route will encompass five districts: Udaipur, Chittaurgarh, Bhilwara, Ajmer, and Jaipur. The scheduled stops will include Kishangarh, Ajmer, Bhilwara, Chanderia, Mavli Junction, Rana Pratap Nagar, and Udaipur stations.

Officials will disclose the fare details for this train on Friday. The train will depart from Udaipur at 7.50 a.m., arriving in Jaipur at 1.50 p.m. Later in the day, it will leave Jaipur at 4 p.m. and return to Udaipur at 10 p.m.

Notably, Rajasthan already hosts two other Vande Bharat trains: the Ajmer-Delhi Cant and the Jodhpur-Sabarmati Vande Bharat.
