Nitin Gadkari approves Rs 154 crore projects for Himachal Pradesh

Shillong, October 6: Minister for Road Transport and Highways, Nitin Gadkari, announced on Friday the approval of schemes worth Rs 154.25 crore for the Una and Kangra region of Himachal Pradesh under the Central Road and Infrastructure Fund.

This approval includes the construction of two bridges on Swan River at a cost of Rs 50.60 crore and Pong Dam on Beas River at a cost of Rs 103.65 crore.

Gadkari emphasized the importance of these projects, especially in light of recent natural disasters in Himachal Pradesh, during discussions with BJP President Nadda and Minister Anurag Thakur.
