Khliehriat, Oct 20: Football enthusiasts in Khliehriat are in for a thrilling weekend as the ‘Semi-Final’ matches of the 1st Division tournament are set to unfold on the 23rd and 24th of October.
Organized by the East Jaiñtia Hills District Football Association (EJHDFA), this highly-anticipated event will take place at the Deinchynrum stadium in Khliehriat. The path to the Semi Finals was paved with intense matches and determined teams. In the ‘Quarter Final’ showdown, the Tpepswer SSWO squad booked their spot in the Semi Finals by triumphing over Byndihati SC with a narrow score of 1-0.
The sole goal of the game was netted by Danny Shylla in the 29th minute. With this crucial victory, Tpepswer SSWO earned their berth in the Semi Finals, leaving fans eager to see more of their action.
