Shillong, October 30: In the ongoing conflict between Israel and Hamas in the Gaza Strip, two Palestinians lost their lives on Monday during clashes between the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) and Palestinian militants in the Jenin area.

IANS reported that in a related development, the IDF launched missiles at Syrian military targets. This action by the Israel Air Force was in response to a missile fired into the Golan Heights from the Syrian side on Sunday.

Just a few days ago, Israel had also targeted and destroyed the runways at Damascus airport in Syria. This move was aimed at preventing militants from using the airport to receive arms and ammunition from supportive countries. The situation in the region remains tense, with ongoing military actions and responses.
