ASF threat retreats from three villages

By Our Reporter SHILLONG, Nov 2: Restrictions were withdrawn from three villages in the state affected by African Swine Fever (ASF). The affected areas are Pig Farm Nongkasen, Medium Farm, Dalu, and Mawtneng Nongthymmai Kyrdem. However, in order to prevent further spread of the ASF disease, the villages have been told to follow bio-containment, biosecurity and preventive measures as laid down earlier.
