Programme
As part of the Janjatiya Gaurav Diwas – Tribal Pride Week celebration, Sankardev College, Shillong in collaboration with the Department of Arts and Culture is organising a programme on the Cultural Dances of Meghalaya at U Soso Tham Auditorium at 11 am on Thursday. The theme of the programme is ‘Synthesis of Rhythm and Art: Revisiting and Promoting the Cultural Heritage of Meghalaya’. Minister of Arts and Culture Paul Lyngdoh will grace the occasion as the chief guest.
Outreach
Commissioner of Central Goods & Services Tax, Shillong will organise an outreach programme for trade awareness at the 5th floor of Hotel Rikman Continental, Tura Market, Tura, from 10:30 am on Friday. The registered taxpayers are invited to attend the programme to listen and interact with the resource persons on GST.
