Shillong, Nov 17: Shillong and other parts of Meghalaya are receiving heavy rainfall due to the cyclonic storm Midhili. The rainfall in Shillong started since yesterday and it is continuing till now. Many parts of the city was also under thick fog today while people had a tough time travelling to offices.
