People observe Constitution Day or ‘Samvidhan Diwas’ to mark the 74th year of adoption of the Constitution of India, at Shillong Law College on Saturday. The programme was organised by the Meghalaya State Legal Services Authority and NSS Unit, Legal Care and Support Centre, Equal Opportunity Cell, Shillong Law College, in collaboration with the High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court of Meghalaya and District Legal Services Authority, East Khasi Hills.
