Meghalaya Governor Phagu Chauhan and his Manipur counterpart Anusuiya Uikey during a solemn ceremony at Raj Bhavan, Shillong, to mark Constitution Day also known as ‘Samvidhan Divas’, on Sunday. The Governors along with officers and staff of Raj Bhavan assembled in the Durbar Hall and took the Constitution Day oath, reciting the Preamble aloud, reaffirming their commitment to the ideals enshrined in this supreme document.
