Shillong, Dec 22: Shillong Lajong is gearing up to face Namdhari FC in the 12th round of the I-League, marking their final home game of 2023. The much-anticipated encounter is scheduled to take place at 2 pm today, at the SSA Stadium in Shillong.
After encountering back-to-back defeats in their recent matches, the Reds are entering this fixture with a record of four wins, four draws, and two losses.
Presently occupying the 6th position on the points table, Lajong has accumulated 16 points from 10 matches. In a pre-match press conference held earlier on Friday, Lajong’s head coach, Bobby L Nongbet, expressed his optimism about the upcoming match against Namdhari in favour of Shillong Lajong.
