Shillong, Jan 3: In its continued drive against illicit liquor, the excise staff of East Khasi Hills conducted raids in restaurants, and stalls in the city and its outskirts where 20 cases were detected in November last with a seizure of 80.650 litres of i/d liquor and 126.255 litres IMFL, a statement issued here informed. While 17 persons were arrested under the Excise Act, it added.
