SHILLONG, Jan 24: On the occasion of Republic Day this year, the Governor Phagu Chauhan is hosting a reception ‘AT-HOME’ at the Raj Bhavan here at 11 am.
Moreover, the Raj Bhavan will be kept open for the general public from 3 pm to 8 pm on Friday.
