Training prog for medical staff of Nongstoin CHC

SHILLONG, Feb 27: A two-day-long training programme for the medical staff of Nongstoin Community Health Centre (CHC), organised by the Meghalaya Administrative Training Institute (MATI), Shillong, in collaboration with the District Disaster Management Authority (DDMA), Nongstoin, concluded on Tuesday.
The objective of the training programme was to sensitise the trainees on various aspects of disaster management.
The inaugural function was graced by Medical Health Officer Dr T Syiem, who stressed on the importance of medical staff to participate in activities relating to disaster management, in his address.
