Football talent Bonifilia Shullai feted

SHILLONG, March 19: Footballer Bonifilia Shullai, who was in the Indian squad for SAFF U-16 Women’s Championship, was on Tuesday felicitated by Dorbar Shnong Lawmali Pyllun.
The football tournament was held in Nepal recently.
Shullai had, in 2020, taken part in the U12 Inter-house Football tournament conducted by Lawmali Pyllun Sports Club. The Meghalaya Football Association will also felicitate her on Wednesday.
The felicitation programme was attended by Rangbah Shnong Bhalang Khongwir, Assistant Rangbah Shnong Anthony Lyngdoh, assistant general secretary, P Nongneng and members of the Seng Samla Lawmali Pyllun, Seng Kynthei Lawmali Pyllun and Lawmali Pyllun Sports Club.
