SHILLONG, March 27: A captivating and informative ‘Seema Darshan Programme’ was organised by the BSF for students of the Faculty of Commerce, Government College Shillong, Meghalaya, on Tuesday.
The event, held at the 193rd battalion BSF’s Border Outpost (BOP) at Barmanbari, offered a unique opportunity for students to gain valuable insights into the crucial role of the BSF in border management and national security.
Accompanied by their teachers, the students were warmly greeted upon arrival at the BOP by Commandant of 193rd Bn BSF, Rajiv Kumar, along with officers and jawans.
A highlight of the programme was a dedicated weapon exhibition showcasing the BSF’s arsenal.
The display generated a sense of awe and admiration among the students, sparking their curiosity about the BSF’s capabilities and unwavering commitment to border security.
