Assault
Mizanur Islam lodged a complaint that on April 14 evening, in an attempt to occupy his plot of land at Morasuti village under Rajabala Police Station, West Garo Hills, one Amir Hussain (40), along with his 19 accomplices armed with lethal weapons, attacked his family members with an intention to murder them. As a result, Nozrul Hoque (45) and two others sustained grievous injuries and were admitted at Goalpara Hospital, Assam.
Amila Bewa of Morasuti village under Rajabala Police Station lodged a complaint that on April 14 evening, one Nozrul Hoque, along with his 16 accomplices armed with lethal weapons, attacked her son, viz. Amir Hussain and her three family members, and also attempted to set ablaze the tractor and pick-up vehicle belonging to Hussain. As a result, the victims sustained grievous injuries and were admitted at Goalpara Hospital, Assam.
Benjamin Ch Marak lodged a complaint that on April 6, he received information that his brother was lying unconscious at Tebil Bonegre-B under Songsak Police Station, East Garo Hills, and was later shifted to Songsak PHC from where he was referred to Tura Civil Hospital. Later, the victim informed that his friends attacked him and abandoned him there.

Theft
Manik Dutta lodged a complaint that on April 15 afternoon, unknown miscreant(s) broke into his residence at Fancy Valley, Tura, and stole Rs. 1.5 lakh in cash and gold ornaments weighing 120 gram.
On April 14, unknown miscreant(s) stole one motorcycle (ML-08J-8193) from Talbari village, South West Garo Hills.

Forgery
A female resident of a locality in Tura lodged a complaint that on April 9, unknown miscreant(s) withdrew cash Rs. 2 lakh from her SBI account by forging her signature.

Recovery
Sunanda Koch lodged a complaint that on April 16, one head of cattle was found missing from Garobadha Cattle Market, South West Garo Hills. Later, the same was recovered from the possession of one Dilrak K Sangma (28).

Missing
Pappu Kumar Prasad lodged a complaint that on February 23, he found that his gold ornaments valued around Rs. 6 lakh were missing from his residence at Anandamath, Tura.
