A student takes part in a recitation competition, in the city on Saturday. Organised by Metallica – Sargam Sports & Cultural Club in association with Directorate of Arts & Culture and YESS!! Meghalaya, the 22nd Inter-School English Recitation and Elocution competition was participated by as many as 550 students across 17 schools from Shillong.
