Nongthymmai Club to hold football trials

Shillong, May 15: Nongthymmai Sports & Cultural Club announced on Wednesday that they will hold football trials for the highly anticipated 2024 Shillong Premier League season. The trials are scheduled to take place on the May 17 and 18 at the Madan Nongthymmai ground in Shillong.
Aspiring footballers will have the opportunity to showcase their skills and earn a spot on the team. The trials will commence on May 17 at 9:00 AM and continue on May 18 at 10:00 AM. Players from across the region are encouraged to participate and demonstrate their talent in front of the club’s coaching staff and scouts.
Participants are required to arrive at the venue, Madan Nongthymmai, fully equipped with their own football gear, including boots, shin guards, and appropriate athletic attire.
