Shillong, May 24: St Edmund’s College student Gaurav Bharali who is a joint first rank position holder in HSSLC (Arts) urged students to give their best shots and take things seriously which are at their level of interest.

“We need to work hard for it since nothing comes for free. You are going to achieve whatever you want only if you really work hard,” he said while speaking to reporters after the announcement of the results.

Revealing that he would like to pursue Law after completion of Bachelor degree, Gaurav said that he was very happy with the results and finally to make it since everyone was texting him stating that that he was going to do it.

He attributed his success to all the teachers who have taught him since Class XI and her sister who suggested that he take admission in this school.

“I don’t want to keep it till the end moment. It was my strategy. If I want to finish it today then I will make sure it is done,” the joint first rank holder said.
