The Meghalaya Lawn Tennis Association has condoled the untimely demise of its secretary Stadhi Nongrum. In a statement, the Association president Dr. Andrew Simons said that Nongrum, who passed away on June 1, was a very warm, caring and jovial person. “He was very dedicated and contributed immensely in the promotion and development of Lawn Tennis in Meghalaya. All members of MLTA and tennis players will remember his amiable nature and warm memories of the time spent with him,” the statement said.
