Will continue to work for NE: DoNER min

NEW DELHI, June 12: Union Minister for Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region (DoNER) Jyotiraditya M. Scindia on Wednesday assured that his ministry will continue to work for the region as envisioned by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Scindia said this in his interaction with media persons after assuming charge as the DoNER Minister at the Vigyan Bhawan Annexe here.
Informing that the prime minister has always accorded priority to the Northeast, he said his ministry is committed to realise the prime minister’s vision.
“Our commitment is to accelerate the development of this region and establish new benchmarks for modern development,” he said.
