Two-wheelers missing
Silang Ch Marak lodged a complaint that on July 18 afternoon, his motorcycle (ML-13-4569) was found missing from a place near Jengjal Market in West Garo Hills.
Sengmitchi T Sangma lodged a complaint that on July 5 morning, her scooter (ML-08H-3956) was found missing from her garage at Duragre, Rongkon, West Garo Hills.

Hotel fraud
Manager of Jiva Resort, Sohra, East Khasi Hills, lodged a complaint that on July 15, miscreant(s) fraudulently cheated one of the hotel customers of Rs 13,500, by duplicating the details and phone number of the aforesaid resort.

Caught red-handed
Elbinstone Umyiap lodged a complaint that on July 16, around 11 pm, two employees of Seven Hill Telecom Support LLP — Daoopaia Supuh (28) and Aryan Ryngkhlem — were caught red-handed stealing a remote radio unit valued around Rs 2,49,046 from a tower site at Pynthorbah, Shillong.

Timber logs stolen
Chairman of Dorbar Shnong Moodymmai in West Jaintia Hills and others jointly lodged a complaint that on July 16, around 1 am, two residents of Moodymmai village stole timber logs from Soo-Wa-Nong (forest land) located in the village.

Imran Choudhury lodged a complaint that on July 16 evening, miscreant(s) stole a laptop and other items from his vehicle at Mawlai Mawroh, Kyntonlieh, Shillong.
