Suspected drug user from state found dead in Guwahati hotel

SHILLONG, July 30: A Meghalaya resident was found dead in a Guwahati hotel on Tuesday.
The 30-year-old man, identified as Sunny Nongrum, and suspected to be a drug user was found dead in one of the rooms of Hotel Tibet in Paltan Bazar area of Guwahati. The deceased had booked the room on July 27.
Assam police recovered a drug container and used syringe along with the body from the room.
