M’laya Govt supports septuagenarian runner

Mawkyrwat, July 31: The Directorate of Sports & Youth Affairs through the District Administration of South West Khasi Hills District today handed over the cheque of Rs.2.20 lakhs to Mei-ieit Kmoinlang Wahlang, the long-distance septuagenarian runner from Meghalaya who will be competing in the 13th Pan Pacific Masters Games 2024.
The District Administration has also supported Beningstar Lyngkhoi, Coach who will be accompanying Wahlang to Australia.
