UDP leader from West Shillong quits

SHILLONG, Aug 17: United Democratic Party (UDP) West Shillong constituency organising secretary Gerald Shullai has resigned from his position and also relinquished party’s primary membership due to personal reasons.
Shullai submitted his resignation to the president and secretary of UDP West Shillong.
“I have resigned … due to personal reasons,” he said in his resignation letter.
