Shillong’s Jaden Pariat clinches national racing title

Shillong, Aug 18: Meghalaya’s racing prodigy, Jaden Rahman Pariat, has etched his name in the annals of Indian motorsport by clinching the prestigious Formula 2000 National Championship title.
The 17-year-old from Shillong showcased exceptional talent throughout the season, culminating in a hard-fought victory at the final round of the MMSC fmsci Indian National Car Racing Championship held at the Madras International Circuit on Sunday.
While Pariat couldn’t add to his impressive tally of eight wins on the final day, his consistent performance throughout the season was enough to secure the championship. Speaking after his victory, the young racer expressed his elation and gratitude for the achievement.“I have proved to myself that I have it in me to win a championship. After my win yesterday, I just wanted to bring the car home without trying anything risky, but it’s great to win my first-ever championship,” said Pariat.
The championship win is a monumental achievement for Pariat and a proud moment for the state of Meghalaya.His exceptional skills and determination have placed him among the top echelon of Indian motorsport, and his journey is sure to inspire aspiring racers from the region.
