Customer Service Solution Provider supports locals as part of CSR activity

SHILLONG, Aug 26: As part of its CSR activity, IT company [24]7.ai, which provides digital business services and customer experience (CX) solutions, undertook two impactful community-driven engagements in alignment with its dedication to supporting local communities. The company organised an Independence Day celebration at Thomas Orphanage and a blood donation drive.
Volunteers from [24]7.ai visited Thomas Orphanage, where a series of fun and educational activities were organised for the children. These included engaging discussions on the significance of Independence Day, lively group dances, and joyful singing sessions. In addition to this, the team also distributed thoughtful gifts, including sketchbooks, stationery, and soft toys.
The blood donation drive earlier this month saw an overwhelming response from employees, who turned out in large numbers to contribute to this cause.
