Theft
Saurabh Sharma lodged a complaint that on the intervening night of Sep 9 and 10, unknown miscreant(s) stole his motorcycle (ML-05AC-1100) from Mawlonghat, Shillong.
Tuta Miah lodged a complaint that on September 9 night, unknown miscreant(s) stole Rs. 1,500 in cash and grocery items total valued around Rs 1,27,720.
Dipu Bala lodged a complaint that on September 9 around 4 pm, unknown miscreant(s) stole his mobile phone from his possession at Council Building, Tura, West Garo Hills.
Prithu Jhunjhunwala lodged a complaint that on September 9, unknown miscreant(s) stole electrical equipment from his residence at Polo, Shillong.
Abiel Brandon Rapsang lodged a complaint that on September 12 morning, unknown miscreant(s) stole his motorcycle (ML-05AD-0899), which was parked on the roadside near his residence at Mawlai Nonglum, Shillong.
Coy-Commander, 193 Bn., BSF, BOP Karaigora, South West Khasi Hills, lodged a complaint that on September 9 around 4 pm, one BSF personnel Ct./GD Abhijit A, forgot/left his VHF Radio set at a place of duty under Karaigora Border Outpost, which was later found missing. In this connection, BSF also held a flag meeting with BGB. It is suspected that three Bangladeshi nationals were involved in stealing the VHF Radio set.
Martha A Sangma lodged a complaint that on September 10 at about 1.30 am, unknown miscreant(s) stole one mobile phone and Rs 400 in cash from her house at Rengsipara, Dalu, West Garo Hills.

Break in
Wanbhakupar L Nonglait, Organising Secretary, KSU, West Khasi Hills, lodged a complaint that on September 11 around 6 pm, he found that unknown miscreant(s) forcibly entered inside KSU office at New Nongstoin, West Khasi Hills, and stole TV set, inverter battery, mobile phone, etc.

Assault
On September 10 around 1.16 am, two persons, viz. Ricky Tangsang (26) and Mustafa Lyngdoh (32), in one Maruti Alto car (AS-01FN-4202), waylaid one Bolero camper driven by Abu Sadek at Shangbangla, and assaulted the driver and the occupant , viz. Md. Dildar Hussain, and also snatched away their mobile phones and unspecified amount of money. However, police intercepted the Maruti Alto car along with the two accused persons at Nongpoh. Later, in this connection, police detained two more persons, viz. Kyrshanbor Marwein (22) and Shem Warjri (27) along with one Maruti Baleno vehicle (without number plate).
On September 11 around 12 am, unidentified miscreant(s) assaulted one David Edmund Kharmuti (30) at Lai Lad Kynton, Umlyngka, Upper Shillong. As a result, the victim sustained minor injuries and was shifted to Shillong Civil Hospital.
Dadius Warjri (Rapido captain) lodged a complaint that on September 7 around 6.30 pm, he picked up one passenger from Anjalee junction, Shillong, and on reaching at Motinagar Football ground, Shillong, six associates of the aforesaid passenger assaulted him and robbed him of Rs. 5,700 and one mobile phone.

Missing
Skingland Chyrmang lodged a complaint that on September 7 around 10 am, his employee informed him that his US-made 12-bore SBBL licensed gun was found missing from his farm house at Umthe area, East Jaintia Hills.
