SHILLONG, Sep 24: The state government has established a special committee to review and assess proposals submitted to the Revenue and Disaster Management department regarding changes in land use. This new body aims to streamline decision-making and ensure timely processing of cases.
The Committee will be chaired by the Commissioner and Secretary of the Urban Affairs department, with a Co-Chairperson, a Member Secretary, and four other members.
