Shillong, Sep 28: The Meghalaya Bodybuilding and Fitness Association, in association with St. Anthony’s College, Shillong, will host the 19th Annual Mr. & Ms Meghalaya and the 4th Mr. & Ms East India competitions.
The event, which is affiliated with WFF India, will take place at the St. Anthony’s College auditorium on October 5, 2024, starting at 10 am.
Competitors are required to attend the weigh-in, which will be conducted at the venue on October 4, beginning at 11:30 am.
With both the 19th Annual Mr. & Ms Meghalaya and the 4th Mr. & Ms East India competitions set to take place, the event promises to showcase the best in bodybuilding and fitness from across the region. Participants and spectators alike can look forward to a day of intense competition, highlighting the dedication and talent of athletes.
