Lost & found
One Vishma Chettri (40), son of P Chettri, was found loitering aimlessly near School of Technology, NEHU Campus, Shillong, on September 27, and he was taken to Civil Hospital for medical treatment where the attending Medical Officer referred him to MIMHANS, Shillong, as it was discerned that he was mentally unwell. Accordingly, he was shifted to MIMHANS. Concerned persons have been asked to take custody of the person.

Office-bearers
Meghalaya Public Health Engineering Department Sectional Assistant Employees’ Association has elected new executive committee members during its 2nd general meeting recently. The office-bearers are Arban Bok Basaiawmoit (president), Richard Irvine Ch. Momin (vice president), Hamarbamut Syiem (secretary), Banraplang Khongwir (assistant secretary) and Stephen Syiemiong (treasurer).

Campaign
The District Legal Services Authority, Tura, along with Meghalaya State Legal Services Authority under the aegis of National Legal Services Authority will organise ‘Back-To-School Campaign’ at Selsella Block on Saturday.
