Competitions
As part of the Platinum Jubilee celebration of the Yogamaya Ashram, various activities will be organised involving schoolchildren from October 27 to 31. On October 27, a sit and draw competition will be held at 10 am at Laban Bengalee Boys Higher Secondary School, followed by a recitation competition in Bengali language at 12.30 pm at Sri Sri Yogamaya Ashram premises. A Shyama Sangeet is scheduled to be held at 3 pm followed by Devotional Song at 5 pm, both events will be held at Sri Sri Yogamaya Ashram premises. On October 31, ‘Shankha Dhawani’ and ‘Ullu Dhawani and Dunuchi/Arati’ competition will be held at 4.30 pm and 5.30 pm respectively, at Sri Sri Yogamaya Ashram premises.

Postponement
A legal awareness programme on Motor Vehicle Act 1988/Motor Vehicle (Amendment) Bill, 2022/Amendment Rules, 2024, scheduled to be held at Lad Smit, East Khasi Hills, on Friday, has been postponed due to weather conditions as the programme was to be held in the open market.
