NFR operates special trains to clear festive rush

Guwahati, Nov 1: Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) is operating additional pairs of festive special trains in the region as well in a bid to cope up with the increasing rush of passengers during the ongoing festive season.

Train number 05641 (Guwahati – Gomtinagar) Festive Special will depart from Guwahati at 7.40 pm on November 2, 2024 and reach Gomtinagar at 1:50 am on the third day.

Similarly, train number 05642 (Gomtinagar-Guwahati) Festive Special will depart from Gomtinagar at 5:15 am on November 4, 2024 to reach Guwahati at 12 noon the next day.

On the other hand, train number 07691 (Agartala – Dharmanagar) Festive Special will depart from Agartala at 5am and reach Dharmanagar at 8:50 am on same day.

Similarly, train number 07692 (Dharmanagar – Agartala) Festive Special will depart from Dharmanagar at 10:30 am and reach Agartala at 2.05pm on the same day. The train, which started its journey on Thursday, will run daily till November 2, 2024.

Besides, train number 07698 (Agartala – Sabroom) Festive Special will depart from Agartala at 2.30pm hours and reach Sabroom at 4.50pm on the same day.

Similarly, train number 07697 (Sabroom – Agartala) Festive Special will depart from Sabroom at 5.20pm hours and reach Agartala at 7.45 pm on the same day. The train, which started running on Thursday evening, will operate daily till November 2, 2024.
