SHILLONG, Nov 2: Two Bangladeshi nationals and an Indian driver were nabbed by the BSF and the Pynursla Police near the international border in East Khasi Hills, on Friday.
According to a statement, acting on specific information about the illegal crossings in East Khasi Hills, the 4th Battalion BSF alerted Pynursla Police Station and conducted a joint operation. In the process, two Bangladeshi nationals attempting to infiltrate into Indian Territory and an Indian taxi driver suspected of facilitating the crossing were apprehended, and the vehicle was seized.
