Workshop
The Department of Forensic Medicine, in collaboration with College of Nursing, conducted a three-day state-level workshop on ‘Training of Trainers Course on Forensic Nursing’, which culminated on Thursday. The workshop was also attended by NEIGRIHMS Director Prof. Nalin Mehta, who interacted with the participants. “A total of 34 participants from teaching and clinical fields from different districts of Meghalaya attended the workshop that included theory and practical hands-on sessions,” the statement said.

Programme
The CPGS-AS, Umiam under CAU, Imphal, in collaboration with MANAGE – University alliance for advancing Agricultural Extension Advisory Services, will organise a five-day National Young Professional Development Programme on ‘New Competencies, Career Opportunities and Research Priorities in Agricultural Extension’ at the CPGS-AS Campus, Umiam, Meghalaya. The programme, which will get under way on Monday, will be attended by MSc Students, PhD scholars, young faculty members of SAUS/CAUS, deemed universities, colleges and KVKs across India.
