The Office of the Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Meghalaya, in collaboration with Meghalaya Cooperative Apex Bank Limited, Shillong, and Rural Finance, Megha-LAMP, Meghalaya Basin Management Agency, Shillong, will celebrate the opening ceremony of the 71st All India Cooperative Week at State Convention Centre, Shillong, at 11 AM.
