The office of the East Khasi Hills District Social Welfare Officer in collaboration with partner NGOs will observe the International Day for Persons with Disabilities at St. Claret School Nongmensong, Shillong, from 9 am. Minister of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary, AL Hek, will attend the programme as the chief guest.
