Curtain comes down on int’l conference

SHILLONG, Dec 8: The two-day first International Leadership and Coaching Conference (ILCC), organised by Hundredfold Academy in collaboration with Teamcoach International, Malaysia, concluded on Saturday.
Organised on the theme ‘Leading Tomorrow: Coaching for Future-Ready Leadership’, the conference brought together participants from various organisations across the state to redefine leadership and coaching in a rapidly changing world.
During the programme, attendees engaged in meaningful dialogues, gained practical insights and explored innovative practices to enhance organisational and personal success.
The event featured keynote speakers from Malaysia, Thailand and India, who addressed various aspects of leadership and highlighted the transformative potential of coaching.
During the programme, Arts and Culture Minister Paul Lyngdoh inspired participants by emphasising the importance of igniting minds, while Principal Secretary Federic Roy Kharkongor underscored the significance of passion, hard work and dedication in leadership today.
