The Ex-Servicemen Rally 2024 will be held at the 58 Gorkha Training Centre (GTC), Happy Valley, Shillong, from 8:30 am on Tuesday. The rally will provide an interactive platform and mitigate issues related to the welfare of ex-servicemen, widows and their dependents, informed Director of Sainik Welfare, Meghalaya.
