Police yet to arrest church trespasser

SHILLONG, Jan 7: Shillong Police is yet to arrest social media influencer Akash Sagar for chanting pro-Hindu slogans inside the Church of Epiphany in Mawlynnong, East Khasi Hills.
Police said that investigation is on and they are making all efforts to arrest the accused.
Refusing to divulge any information, police said they are working on the case.
The action of the influencer has led to massive outrage in Meghalaya with police registering an FIR based on a complaint filed by Thma U Rangli-Juki (TUR) leader Angela Rangad.
Akash Sagar continues to upload contents on his account on a daily basis and has neither issued an apology nor removed the controversial videos from his account.
